Did you Know about your Trex Deck Warranty?

If your Trex deck boards are chipping, cracking, or delaminating, you may qualify for material replacement or reimbursement. Boards manufactured in 2002–2007 at the Fernley, Nev., plant are eligible and were installed in many homes in this area.

Here's what you need to file a claim:
Proof of Purchase (only one required)
Photograph with Trex product identification lot code or end tag
Invoice from dealer or retailer; or
Contractor invoice showing Trex product listed.
Photos
Minimum of three photos showing condition of concern
Panoramic photo of entire deck
A photo of the end of a deck board
Date of Installation
Contractor Information (if applicable)
Proof of Property Ownership (only one required)
Copy of current year property tax bill
Copy of the deed or trust
Copy of a mortgage statement or payment coupon for upcoming month
Lot Code if available; check board edge or underside.
